Ellensburg Rodeo

Kylie and I drove to Ellensburg this morning to watch Ryan rope in the Ellensburg team roping slack. He did very well with a time of 7.3 seconds, so he will rope again Saturday. Kylie had a great time with her boyfriends Ryder and Porter. It is so fun to have a lot of babies the same age as Kylie. The only noise she made all day was when I tried to get her out of the front pack for a picture and she started to cry. We also had a doctors appointment and Kylie was back up to 7lbs. 10 oz. Kylie will have another appointment next week to check her weight. She has to be back at her birth weight of 8lbs. 6 oz before we can stop coming each week.

My cousin Jason graduated from college and his parents had a graduation party of him at their house in Pasco. Kylie was able to go and meet her great grandma McKeirnan. We had a fun day!

Kennewick Rodeo

Kylie went to her first rodeo today and we had a great time watching her daddy team rope. It was really hot, but it was fun to spend the day with dad and get some sunshine.

Also, thank you Jarman's for coming and visiting us. It was a lot of help to have you there to check on my breast feeding. Thank you Keeah for the haircut, I needed it. It was good to see all of you, especially Anjerie, Avery, and June who were her for Labor Day visiting from Utah.

Kylie was invited to her cousin Jace's Transformer Party. Jace turned five and have a very fun birthday party with a water slide. Kylie slept through the entire thing, but it was fun to take her and show her off. Brian and Katie had a great BBQ. Ryan and I had fun. Thanks for inviting us!

First Doctors Visit

Out first trip to town was a success. We first went to the hospital for an appointment with the lactation specialist. Then we went to Dr. Oldham's office. Kylie dropped some weight and was down to 7 lbs 4 oz. I will now be adding some formula for two of her feeds to increase her weight for her next visit. Ryan and I went out to eat with Kylie at Casa de Blanca. Then we spent the rest of the afternoon at Grandma Gray's house.

Mommy with Baby Kylie Kylie Rose Stewart arrived on August 14th, 2008 at 7:02 p.m. She was born in Ellensburg, WA at Kittitas Valley Community Hospital. Kylie weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz and was 19 inces long. We are so blessed to have a healthy and beautiful baby girl.
