Happy Birthday Mommy!

My birthday was last Sunday and it was a great day. My Granny prepared one of my favorites dinners, which is sweet and sour chicken. It was so great to have my mom and dad, all three of my brothers, granny and papa, my husband and baby girl, as well as a couple of friends. It was a wonderful evening. The cake was delicious. Thanks for making it so special, all of you. Mom and I took Kylie on the annual birthday shopping trip. We loaded up Monday morning and headed to the outlet mall in North Bend. It was great shopping and lots of deals. It was so fun to spend the day with the girls. This was Kylie while we were going through Carter's. I needed several birthday presents and some baby gifts. It was a long day and she slept through most of it.

Birthday Dinner

2009
2008

Ryan took me out to a birthday dinner last night. We loaded up and headed into Yakima for dinner. We ended up at the Valley Mall to do a little shopping. I was looking for some new sandals and some carpi's. We left with new sunglasses and swim trunks for Ryan, oh well. Dinner was delicious at Outback. It was a great night and it was so wonderful to get to spend some time with Ryan and Kylie Rose. It was fun to show off Kylie Rose and she was hamming it up during dinner. We tried to recreate the picture from my birthday dinner last year.
We were surround by family and friends at The Palace Cafe in Ellensburg to unveil our surprise. Was I pregnant with a girl or a boy? I was able to share with all of our family and friends as we opened a present with the pink, "Little Peanut" shirt inside that Kylie is now wearing. We had went to the ultra sound that afternoon and we asked the doctor to keep it a surprise and wrap up the correct color in the bag. It was so fun. Ryan could hardly wait until all of his family arrived. The minute that everyone was there we opened the bag to see pink. It was so exciting to know that on my 25th birthday I was pregnant with my first baby and it was going to be a girl. It was one of the best birthday's a girl can have.

Stewart Grandkids

We decided that we wanted to get all of the six Stewart grand kids pictures taken after Tripp was born. We made a day trip to Tri-Cities yesterday. The entire clan of us which is six kids five and under, then four adults. It was a very busy morning, pictures were at 10:30. It was a lot of work to get six kids dressed, try not to cry, look at the camera, and maybe smile. We ended up with a couple of shots to choose from. We will be framing and giving Nany her picture on Mother's Day, she will have to wait to see the perfect six. Then we shopped at the mall for a while. Then headed to Red Robin for lunch and had a great time. It was a little busy and we had to wait, but the boys were great. We shopped a little more and then we all headed back to Royal. It was a long day, but fun at the same time. I hope that we can do it every year. It would be a great keepsake to get to see all of the them grow from year to year. It was a busy, but such a great day to get to spend time with family.
You have too look at Caden's white picture shirt. He had wiped his ketchup hands on his new shirt. Nany loved it so much we had to take a picture of Caden Larry. "God Love It!!"

Kisses

Kylie has always had a love for dogs, which runs in the family. Ryan has four dogs right now. They are all Border Collies to help him work cattle. Chino is a red and white border collie that he has had since we have been together, so over five years, he love Chino Mo Memo. Then we have Babe, which is a four year old red and white Border Collie. Who loves to work. Then we have two puppies Spike and Tibbs. Then I got a dog for Valentine's Day four years ago Sharri, she is a West Highland White Terrier. Kylie loves to chase after her. Sharri is great with kids and loves Kylie. The best is the kisses back and forth. Both Grandma's have dogs at their houses and Kylie enjoys watching them. She is truly intrigued with animals. Kylie is defiantly going to be a dog lover.

Spring Time

This was after our long walk on Thursday.
This is Kylie favorite thing to do right now, walk!
This was after a long day of playing outside and riding with daddy.
Kylie waiting for her ride with Daddy
Kylie with Daddy on Pistol for a ride
Kylie meets Chino

I do believe it is here, spring. We have been able to spend the last couple of afternoons and evenings outside. Kylie went for a ride with daddy. We also went for a walk everyday. We were able to BBQ and just hang out. It is so nice to be outside. We love the spring before the bugs arrive. Kylie has been enjoying every minute, crawling in the grass and experiencing it all. She has loved meeting all of our dogs and cats. We love spring time in Royal!!

**I had to add this little blurb. I had two people comment about the Royal City wind. I have to say this is nothing compared to growing up in Ellensburg.
I hardly notice the wind anymore.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

The last couple of days have been great. Kylie has got to spend a lot of time with my family. I drove to Ellensburg on Monday to have lunch with a girlfriend. Kylie and I ran some errands. We spent the next two nights at Grandma and Grandpa's because I had a conference in Yakima. I had two days of training for a new science kit that we will use next year. Kylie stayed with my mom both days and she had a great time. She said it was the best birthday because she got to spend the whole day with Kylie. We had dinner at The Roadhouse Grill in Ellensburg to celebrate my mom's birthday. Happy Birthday and we love you Grandma Gray!

Seven Months Old

I am no sure what this is all about, but she has been packing this frog around in her mouth for the last couple of days. We think that she might be getting another tooth.

Kylie turns seven months today. It is like yesterday that we were bringing her home from the hospital. She have been accomplishing a lot of milestones in the last week or so. She is now crawling up on her knees and getting around pretty good. If she needs to get anywhere fast then she just army crawls. Then just today I was laying on the couch and up pops a little head. Kylie had pulled herself up to stand at the couch. When I went in to get her from her nap today she was standing up holding onto the crib rails. I quick grabbed my camera. She is doing a little better with her rice cereal. She has one feed of a fruit, one of a vegtable and one rice cereal feed along with her formula each day. Kylie still loves her jumparoo which is a lifesaver. She also watches Einstein DVDs and plays at her LeapFrog singing table. She loves walks in the stroller and being outside. She is a happy and healthy little girl. This is my baby girl at seven months old. We could not be more proud. She is a great little girl that loves attention, is so strong, and is pretty quiet.

We love you our baby girl!!!!

Happy Birthday Jett Henry!

Jett you are growing up so fast. You are already turning five and man how the times fly by. We remember waiting for you to arrive at the hospital. Your mom and dad so excited. As they showed off your beautiful little face they were so proud to have you as their son, their first born. We have been there for so many important milestones and moments. We are so lucky to be part of your life and we look forward to many more memories. You are truly one of a kind Jett Henry. We now have seen the special bond that you have with Rosebud and it is so fun to watch your face light up every time you get to see her or hold her. That will me a memory that I will keep treasured in my heart. We are so excited about your birthday party tomorrow, we can hardly wait. We love you Jett!!! Yesterday, Jett decided that he needed to come over and ride his bike. He is getting quite good at it, I was impressed. He is getting to be so big. He had no clue how to stop and his brakes didn't work so we found a couple of patched of soft dirt for him to crash land into. Then we headed down Grandam Shirley's road. He made it pretty far, but he kept looking back at Kylie and I and then he would have a major crash.
It was fun to have you come over and show off your skills. You keep looking forward and you will ride that bike all the way to Grandma Shirley's.
Happy Birthday!!!

Happy Birthday Maddie!

We wanted to wish Maddie a Happy Birthday! She turned one today. Ryan and I went to the cupcake birthday party. Katie you outdid yourself. It was so much fun to watch Maddie eat her first piece of cake. She is truly an amazing little girl. We are so lucky to be part of Maddie's family and watch her overcome all of her obstacles. She is so amazing and has touched us all. She has made us appreciate and slow down to experience it all in life. Her dimples melt our heart and her spirit is so pure and sweet. Maddie Moomer you are a precious little miracle. Thanks for letting us be part of your special day.

Happy Birthday Pretty Girl!
For those of you who don't know Maddie. This is Ryan's one year old niece. She was diagnosed with a heart defect and has underwent two open heart surgeries. She is doing well, but still has a long road with a cath procedure next week and one more open heart in the next couple of years. Please keep Maddie in your prayers. We love our precious niece Maddie Moomer's!!

Sweet Potatoes and Laughs

This was Kylie tonight after her night feed of Sweet Potatoes. I choose to feed her naked because she has to feed herself and be covered in it from head to toe. She only wants to feed herself if the vegetable is orange, you know the one that stain clothes forever.

Kylie is enjoying all of her fruits and vegetables. We are still struggling with rice cereal. Anybody else have an ideas. I have mixed it with the fruits that she has already had and I still get the lips closed and her head thrown back. I have done a spoon of cereal then a spoon of fruit, then she won't open for either. She is eating an entire container of a fruit and a vegetable, as well as her 30-35 oz a day. I have changed the time I feed the rice cereal. I don't know what else I should be doing. Kylie now has two big bottom teeth that have really come up in the last week. She bit my shoulder yesterday morning in the shower and yowzer.

She is really moving the last week and is keeping me on my toes. We will be making a trip to town soon to purchase a highchair, new car seat, and some baby proofing essentials. We have yet to baby proof our house and we need to get that done very soon, because she is into everything.

I took this before I laid Kylie down for a nap yesterday. I had just feed her bottle to her and she had gotten the hiccups. I just started to laugh because she was in this trans that no matter what I did she would laugh. TOO FUNNY!

February and March Birthday's

Kylie and I went to church yesterday. She is such a good girl at church. She is always quiet and well behaved. She enjoys the music and the people who make faces at her the entire time. She just looks around and smiles. After church we headed to Prosser to my Aunt and Uncle's house to celebrate cousin Danielle's 13th Birthday. We surprised her so good and was able to give a mini heart attack. We also made Kylie a little nervous with the big yell of "SURPRISE," she quickly recovered. It was a great day spent with my mom's family. The pizza was delicious and the cake was fabulous. We also were able to celebrate all of the February and March birthdays; Uncle Dan, Brother Mike, Cousin Danielle, Aunt Tammy, Cousin Molly, Grandma Gray, and Mommy.

Happy Birthday to you all!
