Kylie stayed with Nany while Mommy and Daddy went for a drive
Mom and Dad with Red Rock Lake behind us a well as a waterfall that was on the piece of ground that we move the cattle from on Friday, which I helped gather. It was a three hour ride to bring home our replacement heifers on Friday morning. I am so proud of myself for getting our there and doing some horse riding.
We had a really great weekend enjoying this beautiful weather. We started off with a day of roping in Wenatchee. Nany and Ba decided to join us. It was great fun and Kylie had a great time at the roping as well. She has started to tap into her Stewart story telling roots by talking up a storm. We had lunch at Applebee's which is always delicious, a little shopping at Target, and dinner at a Mexican restaurant. Ryan and Ba ended up wining some money and those two were pretty pleased with themselves. Sunday Kylie and I decided to take it easy and stay at home. We went to church where Kylie once again sang all the songs and talked during the entire service. We also checked out Aunt Katie's yard sale where they were doing a booming business. Ryan and Ba went back to the roping and ended up winning some more money. Monday we spent the day getting some work done around are house and then Ryan and I went for a drive to check on some cattle and some fence. It was a great drive and got to see some of our beautiful range ground. It was a really great Memorial Weekend spent with family and enjoyed being outdoors.

Nine Months Doctor Appointment

I had to work today, so Grandma had to take Kylie to her 9 month doctors appointment. I could not miss my sub job today, it was the teacher who took my spot as kindergarten teacher for the year. It was very weird to be back in my room with my stuff, but it wasn't my kids or my activities.
Kylie weighed 20lbs 3oz. and was 28 inches. She is 75% in both height and weight. Her head is in the 50% and is only 17 inches. She didn't have to have any shots, but she did need her blood drawn at the hospital. Grandma said she was a very good girl and just cried a little. I ended up going to Ellensburg to pick her up and got some groceries. When we got home it was just such a nice night that we decided to go for a run. We are definitely enjoying the beautiful weather to the fullest.
Thanks Grandma for taken over for me! We love you so much!

Fun Weekend

This is Maddie and Kylie playing and going for a ride with Aunt Katie

Kylie with Grandpa Gray planting the garden and his giant pumpkin, she loved the dirt.

Jace and Jett
Caden
The Boys outside the movie theater
It stated Friday with an afternoon with all of my big boy nephews. I left Kylie with her cousin Maddie and Aunt Katie for a girls afternoon. I took my nephews Jace(5), Jett(5), and Caden(3) to Moses Lake for an afternoon of fun. We started with lunch at the new McDonald's. I let the boys plays as long as they wanted and they had such a great time. We had a little ice cream cone and the headed to the bowling alley only to find that it was under construction. Plan B was the park, which was just as much fun if not more. They had a great time and the weather could not have been better for an afternoon outside. We ended up going to see the movie "Earth," which the boys loved and talked about the entire ride home. We had a little dinner at you guessed it McDonald's again and then home. Rosebud had a great time with Moomers, they played and played and played. Kylie was tuckered out, she fell asleep around 8:15 and woke up at 7:00. Thanks Katie for taking Kylie, so I could spend the day with my favorite big boy nephews.
Saturday morning Kylie and I headed into Ellensburg for a fun run. My brother is the president of the Exercise Science club at Central and he was organizing a 5K Run. My mom, brother Michael, as well as Kylie and I were walkers. We did the 5K in an hour and really was just out to enjoy the weather. Kylie won a metal and came in second place for the twelve year and under category. We then went back to my mom and dad's for some garden planting. My dad is trying to grow the biggest pumpkin in Kittitas Country, so Kylie got to help plant the pumpkins. She also found a little dirt to enjoy, yum yum. After lunch we went out the West Star Arena to watch Daddy rope. Ryan did really well and ended up winning fourth on his young horse, Pistol. It was beautiful day in Ellensburg and it was great to be outside the entire day.

We love the she wants to be on the go and is a very very busy girl, even though this is very exhausting. We love that she says "mama, dada, hi, and bye bye." We love that she meets new people with a smile and will try anything. We love her fat roles on her legs and her big feet. We love that she is our girl. Kylie got to wear a pretty hat at the tea party

On Saturday Kylie and I along with my mom went to Pomeroy to visit my Grandma. We were invited to a tea party with my Grandma along with my aunt Teresa and cousin Molly. We had a fabulous time and I learned a lot about proper tea etiquette. We had a great time. Kylie was a very good girl both at the tea party and in the car on the way there and back home.
