Spring Fun

Kylie, Maddie, and Tripp Allen. We had a bridal shower for Jody Conrad soon to be Jody Fleshman at Nany's house back on April 11th. These three were the entertainment at the party.

This is one of the nine puppies we sold. We fell in love with them. Kylie loves her puppies.

Kylie loves water and drinking water from the dog's bowl is no exception.

We have been spending most evenings and weekends outside. Our puppies have all went to wonderful homes and our little puppy monster is very sad. We tried out finger painting tonight, because we have a wind storm going on and we can't stay outside every long. BURRRRR! She enjoyed it so much. She kept trying to lick her hands. Kylie kept saying "pretty, so pretty." For all of you out there that are dreading this. It was so easy. I purchased the Crayola washable finger paint tubes and squirted it on to the paper. It all wiped up with a wipe, easy clean. Kylie loved it. We will be doing many pictures this spring.

Stewart Branding 2010

All the way back on Saturday April 10th was the Stewart branding. Kylie and I were able to go over for an hour or so that morning to watch all of the action. Kylie was a little unsure of all the action and the calves bawling. I then headed up to the school to help out with Royal's home track meet and Kylie got another day with Grandma. It was a very windy afternoon. These are the pictures that I was able to get before I left. We love this time of year. All the people around and all of the time spent outside.

Easter 2010

Saturday morning was the big Mar Don Easter egg hunt. It was fun, the weather was a little cold and windy. Kylie was so interested in the candy inside. I think that she collect a total of six eggs. She wanted a sucker and then it was over. She liked the Easter bunny.

We spent Easter in Royal this year and it was very relaxing. We went to Moses Lake for church with Ryan's mom and dad, as well as his sister Katie and her husband Bryan. We sent Kylie to nursery and she did good until the end. We had a wonderful dinner at Sus and Larr's. It was a great evening, even a birthday cake for Katie and I. We also celebrated Katie' s birthday which is today. Happy Birthday Katie! The birthday cake was a great surprise. Thanks so much Susie. The boys hid eggs for the little girls to find and Kylie loved it. Thanks Jace and Caden for a great Easter egg hunt.

They just love each other so much.

Kylie kept eating the chalk. We do not eat crayons anymore, now it is chalk. WOW girly!

Maddie was able to come and play on Wednesday. We love when Maddie comes. We got to spend a lot of time outside because it was so nice. Maddie and Kylie both love the puppies. It was cute their squeals of excitement. We went for a wagon ride, ate lunch, played with chalk, did bubbles, and read stories. What a fun afternoon! We love having you. Please come play again soon!

Spring Break

My mom and I took Kylie to Seattle for a quick two day trip. We enjoyed shopping at North Bend and Bellevue Square. We also got to go to the Children's Museum at the Seattle Center and then the Aquarium. We also ate some great food and went swimming at out hotel. Courtney my brother's girlfriend also got to come and meet us for an evening of chit chatting. Kylie was great and went with the flow. We are excited and planning another trip next month.

Monday for lunch with spent with mom mother-in-law, sister-in-law Katie, and sister-in-law Sybil as well nephew Tripp. It was a great lunch with lots of conversation. I love getting together with these ladies. Thanks for the wonderful gifts and the lunch. FUN FUN!

Granny and Papa made dinner for me and my mom last night in Ellensburg. We has a delicious dinner. Kylie especially enjoyed the cake and ice cream part. Thanks Granny and Papa. Also a big thank you to all of my brothers, my cousin Joel, and my cousin Bo for making my birthday dinner really special.

Ryan and I had a quick trip to Moses Lake Monday night. Ryan had picked out some clothes for me and I needed to exchange. He needed a fencer for his job, so we ran into Big R. We also stopped at the Piller Rock Grill on our way home. It was delicious. We had a fun evening out and it was great to get to talk and enjoy the time together. Thanks Ryan for a wonderful evening and an extra thanks to Sybil for watching Kylie. (sorry this is not in order, I am still learning)

This is my 200th post and it is fitting that it is my birthday post. At 27 years old. I love my life. I am blessed to live in Royal City, with my loving husband Ryan and beautiful daughter Kylie, have my dream job, be surrounded by wonderful family, and have just a really wonderful life. Happy Birthday to ME!

Little Dreamer

We got the seat lowered after her first attempt.

We spent last Thursday at my mom's and in the shed I found a little purple bike. My mom said she found it last summer at a yard sale and was waiting until Kylie was ready. We got it out and she was ready for the "Little Dreamer." She is able to get on and off all by herself. She can get her feet set every time, she just wants to put the brakes on the entire time, but we are working on it. She loves it so much! She has to get on, then say "ride please." It continued all afternoon. We saw a bike at Wal-Mart on Saturday and we had a huge burn down wanting a "Bikabecable."
