This is Kylie's present for today was another outfit. It says "Be Mine" on the front. We want you to be mine and daddy's for ever and ever. She is feeling a little better today, but still not 100%. We hope by tomorrow that she is feeling better and her diaper rash is cleared up. All of those experienced mom's any good remedies for a really bad diaper rash. I have been cleaning with a washcloth, letting it air out, and using creamy desitin. Anything else that I should or could be doing, please help.

Aquaphor worked for my girls. It wasn't as harsh as the desitin. The other thing I used, but not at the same time is Caldesene. It is a powder that works great. Good Luck! Tanya
